Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can't offer a full refund.

To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To start a return, email orders@thegoodden.com with your order number.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
